CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding service bookings provided by Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd, an event management company catering to corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and other entities.

 

Non-Refundable Services

  • All service bookings, including but not limited to event planning, management, and execution, are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
  • All ticket purchases/booking purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable.
  • You are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid by you for any cancellation or withdrawal of your application for any service or pursuant to the termination of this Agreement by you or Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. All fees paid are considered earned by Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd and are generally non-refundable for any reason whatsoever.

 

Potential for Refund Consideration

  • While our general policy is no refunds, in exceptional circumstances, a refund might be considered at the sole discretion of Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd.
  • Clients who believe their situation warrants a refund must contact Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd directly to discuss their specific circumstances. Any potential refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any refund request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

 

Changes to Reservations

  • While cancellations are not permitted, changes to reservation dates or times may be accommodated depending on availability and at the sole discretion of Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd.
  • Requests for changes must be submitted in writing and received at least 1 month before the scheduled service time.
  • Additional charges may apply for any approved changes.
  • Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny any changes to reservations.

  • Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
  • In the case of force majeure, or other events outside of the control of Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd, that cause an event to be altered, Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd will work with clients to reschedule the event, or offer a credit for future events.
  • This policy applies to all services offered by Team Trailblazers Sdn Bhd unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
