So, here’s how we got into the team building.
Look, we started this in 2007 in PJ.
Back then, “Team Building” in Malaysia was just us, some paper, and a calculator.
It was a massive grind, but we loved it.
Why?
Nothing beats watching you scratch your head over Treasure Hunt riddle or
seeing you laugh like a kid during an Amazing Race Game.
Our deal is simple:

It was a very enjoyable experience and I made a lot of good memories with my team mates. I could tell how much work went into organizing and executing such an event and I appreciate all the work your team does to ensure we have a memorable … More experience! For areas to improve, it would be great if for certain missions that cover much more ground to have more time allocated to it, especially for the difficulty level. Also, I loved the variety of missions that was included as well!

Had lots of fun with the events and games and brain teasers planned by the team!
Pros:
- Really creative. Got me thinking very hard
- Very interactive, we had to drive here and there and also get down to inspect the places
- Very friendly … More organisers
Places to improve:
- Some stretches of the road was a bit too long for the time given, I think it would be better to shorten the distance or give a longer time period
- I think some instructions weren't so clear so there was a bit of miscommunication but not too bad -
Really enjoy the event organised by Trailblazers. We had so much fun decipher all the hard trivia during our company treasure hunt. Your brain will never rest! And yes, you might think that’s the answer, but you might be wrong. Clue - think … More out of the box, anagram is the key!

Hey, let’s be real!
Here are 10 landmines you need to dodge,
if you want your team to actually like you on Monday.
1- Make the “Fun” Mean Something:
“Just fun” is a waste of money. Eventually, the boss will ask for the ROI.
