Corporate Amazing Race

Using small games to solve big office problems

If you want to see what your team is actually made of,

you don’t give them a lecture—you give them a mission.

We’ve been doing this since 2007,

and we know that the best way to fix a “smoking brain” is to learn when playing.

This isn’t about being a genius.

It’s about Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking.

Here is how we build a real Amazing Race from the ground up,

using small games to solve big office problems.

1. Start Small: The “Tiny Games”

We don’t just throw people into a “Hell Mode” race.

We build the momentum.

We start with small, punchy challenges that force people to shift gears.

Preparing Food in Teamwork:

This isn’t a cooking class.

It’s a kitchen nightmare simulator.

You have one set of ingredients,

Five chefs, and a ticking clock.

If the “Marketing” side doesn’t talk to the “Finance” side,

the salt goes in twice and the dish is ruined.

It’s the ultimate test of coordination and roles.

Coconut Bowling & Sport Games:

Simple, right?

Wrong.

We design these so you need to cooperate to win.

You can’t win alone.

You have to sync your movements,

cheer each other on,

and find a rhythm.

It turns a “group of individuals” into a “unit.”

2. The Custom Mission: Company Compliance

This is where it gets interesting.

Every company has those boring Compliance Tests or “Standard Operating Procedures.”

Usually, staff just click “Next, Next, Finish.”

We turn that into a Amazing Race.

If you want to proceed to the next mission,

you have to answer a question about company policy or safety compliance.

Now, the team isn’t just reading a manual

—they are hunting for the answer to save their skins.

It makes the “boring stuff” part of the victory.

3. Why this works for Corporate

In the office, people hide.

They hide behind emails. They hide in their cubicles.

In a race,

there is nowhere to hide.

You’re out in the City, in a Mall, or at a Theme Park.

You’re navigating LRT stations and timing your moves.

By the time you reach the Pit Stop,

the team has actually done something together.

The Bottom Line

Since 2007,

our philosophy hasn’t changed:

Stop lecturing, start playing.

Whether you’re rolling a coconut or solving a compliance riddle at a historical site,

the goal is the same: Critical Thinking and Teamwork.

We clear the smoke out of your head and replace it with a win.

Ready to start the first leg of your race?

Ready for next Mission?
